As yoga teacher I very often get the comment: “I can’t practice yoga because I’m not flexible enough”
And as the meditation facilitator, I get an equally absurd response: “I HAVEN’T GOT TIME TO MEDITATE”
The paradox is palpable. Each statement makes no sense to the participant of either, for that is the whole point!
1. Would you like to feel calmer?
2. Would you like to feel more connected to your authentic self?
3. Would you like to feel more grounded able to clearly see your life objectives?
4. Would you like to find out the answers to questions that you have about life, your career and personal potential?
5. Would you like to be able to deal with stress better, sleep and eat better?
6. Would you like to get some perspective on your emotional eating, abusive of substances and addictions?
7. Would you like to feel more in control and focused?
8. Would you like to have more time?
YES?
So what is stopping you?
DO YOU STILL NOT HAVE TIME?
When we meditate we feel calmer, more connected, get answers, and are less stressed, gain perspective over our problems, feel more aware and grounded. THEREFORE because we have created a whole new feeling within us we can prioritise what has to be done over what can be left.
With this new feeling and energy we begin to attract into our lives more balance and less drama. There is an undercurrent of peace permeating throughout life; would you like some of that?
